Learn the history and details of the cultivation of Basilico Genovese DOP in greenhouses, traditionally specialized in production for fresh consumption, and in the field, dedicated to the product for food processing.
Genoese DOP basil, intended for fresh consumption, is grown in greenhouses, harvested by hand, and packaged in the characteristic bouquet with the DOP logos that characterizes its unique packaging.
Genoese Basil DOP is brought from the fields to the food industry, bringing its aroma and organoleptic properties to food preparations that choose it as a quality ingredient.
